An Energy Advisor works in the Sales department to help customers achieve their goals to improve the comfort of their homes and lower their utility bills. The Advisor is skilled in interpersonal communication, knowledgeable about home construction and building science, and experienced in sales and customer service. Will train individuals with solid sales and/or construction experience seeking to enter the world of energy efficiency.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Position range $28 - $35 per hour

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate in small spaces (e.g. attics and crawlspaces)
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to wear respirator
  • Ability to lift and carry 35 lb
  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills (Excel, working in a database, etc.): 1 year (Preferred)
  • Valid Class C driver’s license
