Evergreen is hiring energetic person with great sales & people skills for career in residential energy efficiency. An Energy Advisor works in the Sales department to help customers achieve their goals in residential energy efficiency, window/door replacement, and indoor air quality and comfort upgrades.

What They Do: 
  • Engage with customer to understand needs and provide prompt and warm customer communication
  • Assess home's energy efficiency performance issues and propose solutions
  • Move sales through to contract, production hand-off, and post-project quality assurance review
What It Takes:
  • Superior interpersonal communication & customer service skills
  • Familiarity with residential building construction
  • Proficient writing & computer application skills
  • Self-discipline and organization
  • Passion for helping people and improving the environment
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation, $26-$32 per hour, commensurate on experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to navigate in small spaces (e.g. attics and crawlspaces), 
Ability to climb ladders, wear respirator, lift and carry 35 lb.

Personal vehicle to use for travel
